Millions have been affected by Hurricane Sandy and that includes us here at Hydroxatone. Our office and most customer service functions are located in Jersey City, NJ across the river from downtown Manhattan. The area has been impacted by severe flooding. It is not safe to send employees to work until the situation in the area improves. Unfortunately, this means we can not service customer requests at this time.
We hope to be up and running by next week. Unfortunately, we cannot service our customers at this time. We will be extending our customer return policy.
